High Accuracy Order Picker
The lift truck style order picker is mainstay of high performance warehouses. Accurately filling customer orders by adding product on pallets on the picker is accomplished with the Weigh Point (WPI) system. A loss of a lb or two is an unacceptable error, but errors are reduced to a minimum with the WPI system. There is yet to be seen a comparable precise scale system.
Weigh Point's Order Picker scale can provide legal for trade accuracy with its patented dome technology. The Order picker scale is capable of 0.5 lb steps.
The scale needs little calibration and self-adjusts for damage caused by twisted or bent components. Customers will save on overhead costs and time spent reweighing and re-calibrating. The scale's extreme sensitivity allows threshold weights of less than a single lb. These features make this scale extremely accurate, while providing many features making customer's operations more efficient.
